Galaxy Tab 10.1 to Entertain American Airlines Passengers

The worst thing about flights is not only the severe lack of leg space and movement, but also that one keeps sitting in the same place without doing anything at all. One does not have much by way of entertainment either, so one craves for something that is novel and offers a good deal of distraction from the boredom. Of course, there are many carriers that offer a built-in TVs for every seat, which come with a fun touch interface as well. Apple launched cloud-based service today

Though  Apple  today launched its  cloud-based  and syncing service, iCloud but unfortunately it is not yet available to all the users. Users need to have a developer account if they want to sign in to the service. How iCloud is Helpful This service lets you view, add or change contacts or store documents without any hassles with the help of the platform’s iWork  application . It can do wonders in case  iPhone gadget  is stolen or lost as with the use of this service, we can track the location of the device on a map. At the Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple claimed that the platform will be capable of syncing all the devices including iPads, computers and  iPhones  with iBooks. Most Interesting Part The amazing part is the same service can be used for backup purposes and it will offer up to 5GB of free storage. Facebook Unveiled iPad App

Earlier this week,  Facebook  launched a mobile app so that Facebook users can fulfill all their  gaming  related needs right from any web  browser . So after months of rumors, Facebook finally unveiled  iPad app  so as to make gaming experience even more fun. Shoking news for electronics world

Shocking news just coming across the wire.  Just months after relinquishing control of Apple to new CEO  Tim Cook , the company is reporting that  Steve Jobs  has died. Jobs had been battling pancreatic cancer and had stepped down earlier this year, effectively handing the reins to Cook. At the time, Jobs said, ”I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.” “I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it,” Jobs wrote. “I look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.”

India to release its own tablet at $35

Usually,  $35  can’t be used to buy a lot of things especially not gadgets but fret not because now, for $35, people in India can get their own tablet  computer . Prior to this, India had also released a few other budget products such as a car at a cost of only $2000 and even a water purifier that costs a mere $15. All of this is done to help their poor citizens in their country. The tablet released was called  Aakash  which aims to help villagers from being in total poverty.  India  aims to target roughly 220 million children in their country so that these new generation will be able to contribute better to their society by giving them education through  technology . Originally priced at $45 per piece, the government plans to subsidize it to a price tag $35 which would be financially better for those that are in the hardcore poor category.
